NEW BUSINESS
7. Consider Resolution in Support of the Continued Operation of Crenwelge Chevrolet-Buick in Fredericksburg. (Frances Rushing)
8. Consider adding 15% Penalty to the amount of 2009 delinquent tax, penalty, and interest remaining delinquent as of July 1, 2010, pursuant to property tax code 33.07 to defray the cost of collection.
9. Consider extending the Employment Contract with Bryla & Schoessow for the collection of delinquent taxes owed the City of Fredericksburg for one year.
10 Consider adopting Ordinance calling May 8, 2010 Regular Election.
