4. Receive recommendation and consider Z-1004.

5. Consider intervening in PUC proceeding (PUC Docket #38354; SOAH Docket #473-10-5546) with Gillespie County, authorizing representation by Catherine Webking and designating the City Manager as the city representative.
6. Discuss and consider public input meeting(s) as part of Pool Feasibility Study.

7. Receive and consider Effective Tax Rate Calculations; take Record Vote on proposed tax rate; schedule any necessary additional hearings. (Neffendorf)

My question is why does the preferred route go south to Comfort then north to Fredericksburg and where is it olanned to go from there. This doesn’t seen to be in any way “direct” path to Houston/San Antonio or even Dallas??? What gives?
That’s a great question for LCRA and PUC. Make your voice heard to those people.

I really like the idea of a pool feasability study. I will not be able to attend tonight unforunately. John Watson
