1. Call to order.

2. Pledge of Allegiance.

PUBLIC HEARING

3. PUBLIC HEARING (Z-0802) by CMC Baron’s Creek, Ltd., for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a Condominium Residential Use associated with General Retail and Restaurant in the Central Business Zoning District located at 202 E. Ufer St.

4. Receive recommendation and consider Z-0802.

5. PUBLIC HEARING (Z-0803) by Timeless Luxury Homes to:

A) Consider a change in zoning from R-2 Mixed Residential to PUD Planned Unit Development, on a 9.622 acre tract of land located south of Highway Street and north of Sunrise Street.

B) Consider a Conditional Use Permit to allow High Density Single Family Residential on said 9.622 acre tract.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

6. Consider appointing a subcommittee / task force with the objective of delivering a set of proposed recommendations, solutions (strategies and tactics) to proactively address the Affordable and Median Income Housing initiatives of the City of Fredericksburg. (David Pedregon)

7. Consider adopting a resolution appointing the mayor and city manager as representatives of the City of Fredericksburg, authorized to sign documentation for the Preserve America grant application process and welcoming and guiding signage project.

NEW BUSINESS

8. Discuss and consider a request from Habitat for Humanity of Greater Fredericksburg re: the division of two lots (located on the corner of Park and Santa Rosa Streets) into three lots. (Catherine Jeffery)

9. Receive and consider a request from the Fredericksburg Art Guild for a storage shed or building expansion at 308 E. Austin. (Melissa Starry)

10. Receive Independent Auditor’s Report on 2007 Financial Statements. (Brad Kott)

11. Receive and consider information regarding golf course grill operations. (Tom Musselman)

12. Consider awarding contract for portion of Higher Education Campus infrastructure. (Tim Dooley)
