– Receive and consider comments regarding Baron’s Creek floodplain issues in the area near 505 E. Ufer Str. Deferred due to unavailability of spokesperson
– Consider awarding bid for lease purchase financing for one Pneumatic Roller and twenty golf carts Low bid accepted $91,757

–Consider adopting changes to Noise Ordinance Pat McGowan, City Attorney
Comments heard from public in regard to outdoor music in reference to establishing time periods for weekdays and weekends noise levels. Possible eleven pm drop off for Sunday-Thursday and midnight drop off for Friday & Saturday for lowered decibel levels. Times, distance of measurement from source of sound, and decibel levels for both daytime and nighttime to be determined at future council meeting.
