"I feel communication is key to effective government" Tom, these are your words taken from the first paragraph of your Welcome statement on this site. If that is the case, how come myself and so many others whom I have spoken to have sent emails to you and several other council members and have yet to receive any response? If you really believe this, then I challenge you to share with everyone why you voted "Yes" for the Formula Business Ordinance. Mr. Hoover was the only one who backed his vote with findings and research. What HARD FACTS do you have that indicate we need this ordinance, or is this truly an "in case" or "what if" measure? I can't imagine that the taking away of property owners rights and interfering with the free market system should be based on an "in case" or "what if". Where is your research that supports your vote of "Yes"?

Thanks,
