– Receive and Consider request from Cystic Fibrosis Foundation for waiver of fees and assistance with utilities associated with portable ice rink on Market Square Nov. 25- Jan. 2- No Action, cost of power to be looked into
– Consider approving Horse Drawn Carriage Permit for White Diamond Stables- Carried, subject to insurance
